Add jwbernin and cojmckee for ASA

I am requesting membership in the COP in order to store Ansible code used to install and maintain the Advanced Satellite Architecture. This is a multi-tiered architecture that increases availability of Satellite services and relies on Ansible (preferably AAP) to maintain the multiple Satellites in sync with each other.

Initially, I (John Berninger) and cojmckee (Cory McKee) will be maintainers, with others added through regular contributor processes.

• Add ASA code repoitory #1282 — create the Advanced Satellite Architecture repository and team

Before merge, can we confirm the intended repository name? #1282 requests advanced-satellite-arch, but this PR binds the team to adv-sat-arch. Which name should we create in the org?

Once aligned, we can close #1281, #1283, and #1282 when this merges.

That was my mistake. Either name is acceptable, but I'd prefer advanced-satellite-arch just from a human readability perspective.
