fix: exclude live API integration tests from surefire plugin

GeminiApiIntegrationTest requires a real GOOGLE_API_KEY and makes live API calls. It should only run via the failsafe plugin in the integration-tests Maven profile, not during regular mvn clean install.

• Add exclude pattern for **/integrations/*IntegrationTest.java to surefire
• Add matching include pattern to failsafe in integration-tests profile
