macOS 13+ added support for
PHPickerViewController. This PR enhancesImagePickerViewto support macOS 13+ as well.It's worth noting that starting from iOS 16 SwiftUI includes a native
PhotosPickerview that's also available on macOS 13+, but if you are like us and need to support older iOS versions for production, but are okay with requiring macOS 13 for development,ImagePickerView(with this PR) fits the bill perfectly.
