Why
Since Docusaurs added admonitions we should use them, instead of stylized blockquote tags, which should be re-styled at the end of migration to represent actual quotes.
Follow up to:
How
Migrate blockquote notes to admonitions for most pages in the APIs/Components sections in unversioned docs.
Update the removed notice on old APIs/Components, remove no longer needed content.
