base64.supfree.net已经打不开了。不只是这个子域名，supfree.net整站都不响应（连接超时，从两个不同网络分别测过）。改动
把这一条改成 abox.tools 的 Base64 编码解码工具，纯浏览器运行，不上传文件，不用注册。其余条目没动。
同一节里的 MD5、AES/DES、JWT、ASCII、Unicode、UTF-8、URL 这几条我也顺手测了，都还正常。
顺带一提
上面「在线画图工具」那一节的
PlantUML在线编辑器（haha98k.com）同样已经无法访问了。我没有对应的替代品，所以没有动它，留给你们决定怎么处理。利益声明
