Moves the understudy dev dependencies to the 1.x line:
^1.0, a single constraint, not a union. understudy 1.0.0 has the public API of 0.12.0 (no renamed, removed or retyped members); the satellites (understudy-testo1.0.0) requirerasuvaeff/understudy^1.0.composer buildis green locally on the resolved 1.0.0 versions. Dev-only change: no release.
