Require openapi-contract ^0.15

Fixes #137

What

Widens rasuvaeff/openapi-contract from ^0.13 to ^0.15 (single
constraint, not a union: prefer-lowest pins 0.15.0 and the matrix tests
0.15.x — a union would promise 0.13/0.14 compatibility no CI run checks).

Why the suite needed one change

• 0.14 keeps a shared component as one resolution per document,
  emitted as the local {$ref: '#/$defs/…'} form — the same form the
  generator already unfolds since 0.16.0 (contract 0.13 cycles). No
  generator change needed.
• 0.15 changes body diagnostics only (verdicts untouched): a body
  member's actual now renders unless the member path matches the
  credential pattern; wholesale [redacted] stays for a whole-body
  violation at $ and a cookie. One formatter-rendering expectation in
  ContractSuiteTest moved with it — README EN/RU already showed
  actual: null for this shape.

Verification

• composer update resolves rasuvaeff/openapi-contract to v0.15.0
• composer build (Docker): PASS — 990 tests, 48146 assertions
  (log: build/digest-build.log)
• composer rector: OK; git diff --check: clean
