Adds
src/markdown/math.ts: a tokenizer, recursive-descent parser and box layout (stacked fractions, roots, scripts, big operators with limits, delimiters, matrices, cases,\text). Inline$…$follows GitHub's rules; display$$…$$and ```math` fences become blocks with source spans. Unsupported or oversize input stays as source with a reason. Works in viewer, preview, split and hybrid; Safe Glyphs uses ASCII. KaTeX via the browser is deferred. Physical QA item added as NOT RUN.
