Runs npm run sync:upstream -- --published v0.22.0 --version 0.22.0 after the release and the Homebrew tap merge (raiseCatError/homebrew-tap#5, formula at v0.22.0).

• Source commit: ef57ff4394b7e960730aafbad0c4fa07780ab311 (the master merge commit of Release v0.22.0: native viewing and editing, Semantic Output, /track and input ownership #444, tag v0.22.0).
• 22 canonical documents synced, the release page v0.22.0 added from the published GitHub release; the release data, launch data and tap version now read v0.22.0.
• Checked locally on the T7: npm test (18), npm run check (0 errors), npm run build:launch (62 pages, links and anchors valid), npm run test:browser (18 passed). The retired Learn page is still not served.

After this merges, dispatch Publish NMSh website from master with the confirmation nmsh.raisecaterror.com and approve the nmsh-production deployment.
