Website: NMSh site and documentation for v0.20.0 - #404

Synchronize every technical reference and the release history with the published v0.20.0 tag (65e4de5) through sync:upstream --published, and record Homebrew at v0.20.0. Reconcile the curated guides and pages with the release: welcome on every first run, Keep Existing choices, the Tools tiers and flow, the update notice, queue settings and history, and the partial physical-QA evidence. Candidate-only copy is state-gated or removed, the private Project board link leaves the roadmap, and Learn Mode stays planned.
It targeted a README layout that no longer exists and failed whitespace checks; the launch links will be added to the README directly once the domain serves the site.
