docs: fix Debian libgit2-dev link in README - #285

The release-specific packages.debian.org/buster URL returns a Debian
error page ("two or more packages specified"). Link to the stable
suite instead so it does not break when a release is retired.

https://packages.debian.org/buster/libgit2-dev, which now renders a Debian error page ("two or more packages specified (libgit2-dev buster)"). This points the link at thestablesuite instead (https://packages.debian.org/stable/libgit2-dev), so it keeps working when a release is retired.Verification: fetched both URLs with
