Trying to find infos on camera (x-ref #2557 and cc @DragonMoffon ) I came across
arcade/camera/README.md.It seems to be a duplicate mostly of what is now in the docs here: https://github.com/pythonarcade/arcade/blob/development/doc/programming_guide/camera.rst
OK to remove as duplicate?
