(monthly-meeting/2024-01: line 35) broken https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=49decddd39e5f6132ccd7d9fdc3d7c470b0061bb - HTTPSConnectionPool(host='git.kernel.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=49decddd39e5f6132ccd7d9fdc3d7c470b0061bb (Caused by NewConnectionError("HTTPSConnection(host='git.kernel.org', port=443): Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable"))

They now have Anubis to block the [AI] scrapers which also blocks Sphinx's linkcheck [scraper].

This is very tedious to have to maintain all the links in the minutes.

The minutes are historical documents, I suggest we exclude linkchecking the docs/monthly-meeting/ directory and only linkcheck the live, maintained parts of this site.

+1 for just excluding all of the minutes.
