Extract epoch runtime estimates from all HPO trials as

(datetime_complete - datetime_start) / stopped_epoch

@mali-git maybe we can generate some useful overview from it (related to pykeen/pykeen#96 )

For that this would be good to have a table with the used GPU for each experiment_id.
