docs: fold the 2.0.0-rc.2 changelog and note await's buffered-only scope - #187

The published rc.2 shipped with its release content still under [Unreleased] -- fold it into the dated section (merging the duplicate Changed/Added/Fixed headings) so the changelog matches what was released. Also state on await/1,2 itself that it only applies to buffered async responses; the caveat previously lived only in async_req's doc, but await is where a streaming user would look first.

The published 2.0.0-rc.2 shipped with its release content still sitting under [Unreleased] — the dated section held only the earlier packaging entries, while streaming, flow control, backpressure, the admission bound, and the alias routing all appeared unreleased. Fold everything into the [2.0.0-rc.2] — 2026-07-18 section (which matches the hex publish and tag timestamps), merging the duplicate Changed/Added/Fixed headings, and leave a fresh empty [Unreleased] for what comes next.
