Part of #52 (Post-v1 upgrade track). Shipped in #310 on the SDK's sharing namespace (putdotio/putio-sdk-kotlin#56); open for the live recording.
Outcome
Create and manage public links and shared folders from the mobile app. Scope follows web's exclusive-access links with list and revoke; iOS main has none.
Shipped in #310: owner-only Exclusive access in the file action sheet (create, copy, share, revoke) and an Account › Exclusive access list, on the released SDK's `sharing.publicShares`.
Proof: `./gradlew verify` and the four debug assembles, controller/repository/Robolectric tests with negative controls, an on-device recording on fake data, and a CLI create/list/revoke check on a `devs-auto` fixture (removed).
Open: the live create link → open in browser → revoke recording. The mobile app signs in only through the Auth Tab password form, so it needs one human `devs-auto` sign-in on the phone emulator (same blocker as auth: prove first and repeat Auth Tab sign-in on the API 37 harness #107). This issue stays open for that recording.

The sign-in blocker is gone:
./scripts/sign-in-devs-auto.sh <serial>signs an emulator in as devs-auto by device code.
