Documents provider (SAF) integration #40

Open

Description

@altaywtf

Part of #52 (Post-v1 upgrade track). Post-v1, not scheduled — do not start before the owning v1 workstream ships unless the epic reprioritizes it.

Outcome

put.io files appear in Android's system file picker via a DocumentsProvider (browse, open, and download-through), complementing the v1 share flows.

Acceptance criteria

  • Files usable from other apps' pickers; downloaded-content availability consistent with the offline layer
  • DoD: verify green; recording of picking a put.io file from another app attached

    Shipped in #316: put.io Files in Android's system file picker, read-only. Folders and search page in, completed audio downloads open from the device, everything else streams with ranged reads, and sign-out, expiry or an account switch revokes every grant.

    • Proof: `./gradlew verify` and the four debug assembles (604 mobile unit tests), 18 negative controls, and an on-device recording of the real system picker against a fake account and repository.
    • Open: picking with a live signed-in `devs-auto` session (the mobile app signs in only through the Auth Tab password form), another app losing its grant on a device, and whether put.io's download endpoint honours `Range`. File types are guessed from the extension until Expose content_type on PutioFile putio-sdk-kotlin#83 exposes `content_type`.
