TV release: replace tv-native on Play, Fire TV sideload lane, rollout #35

Part of #14 (W4 — Android TV parity). Blocked by TV playback parity and the mobile release lane (shares signing + Actions infrastructure).

Done: launcher MAIN + LEANBACK_LAUNCHER (#251) and banner (in the manifest since bootstrap); tv-native session and playback-type carry-over (#252). Not done: versionCode above 91, release lane, S3 step, update notifier.

Open question: the nightly flavor has its own application id (.nightly suffix: io.put.putio.nightly on TV, io.put.putio.mobile.nightly on mobile; PutioAndroidApplicationPlugin.kt) while AGENTS.md says Play internal/closed tracks ship nightly, so those tracks would be a separate Play package from io.put.putio. Needs a ruling before the release lane.

Outcome

The Compose TV app replaces tv-native on the existing Play listing, and the legacy fastlane lane is retired.

Scope

• TV flavor ships as io.put.putio with versionCode above 91 (live listing is at 91), leanback launcher metadata + banner assets carried over
• GitHub Actions release lane for the TV artifact (Play beta track), replacing the beta lane in putio-tv-native-legacy android/fastlane/
• Fire TV distribution: S3 sideload artifact under the existing dl/tv/ convention (or a recorded decision to change it)
• Play listing metadata refresh (TV screenshots from the new app)
• Update-notifier behavior preserved (remote build-number check, per-platform store copy)
• Rollout plan: beta cohort → staged production; tv-native repo marked replaced/archived in workspace docs after cutover

Acceptance criteria

• Beta-track TV build live and installable on Android TV + Fire TV; sideload artifact verified
• DoD: install-from-store proof and a device photo/recording of the new app on real hardware attached
