add indicator scripts

We actually don't need the whole repo on each cloud machine. The only thing we need are a few scripts that are used to create the indicators. These are:

Christy correct me if I'm wrong, but the dashboard does not need anything else than the indicator files, right?

We could move these five files to the repo you created Brice. (I believe Peter wanted to push some recent changes before we do that though.)
