Docs bilingues FR/EN par dossier (docs/fr + docs/en) - #4
Conversation
- Translate all 12 docs to French; keep English versions. - Organise by language FOLDER (docs/fr/, docs/en/) instead of a .en.md suffix, with a language switcher at the top of each and folder-relative cross-links. - README.md (FR) links -> docs/fr/*, README.en.md links -> docs/en/*. - README: drop the confusing 'Aurora DSQL/Bedrock not used' bullet; trim the Terraform prerequisite wording.

Summary
This PR successfully reorganizes the documentation into a bilingual structure with separate language directories (docs/fr/ and docs/en/), improving maintainability and user experience. The README files now include language selectors and properly cross-reference the language-specific documentation.
The cleanup of confusing prerequisite notes (removal of the Aurora DSQL/Bedrock disclaimer and simplification of the Terraform version requirement) makes the documentation clearer and more actionable.
All 26 files in the changeset are documentation files with no code logic changes. The refactoring maintains content consistency across both language versions and properly updates all internal cross-references.
No blocking issues identified. The changes are ready to merge.
You can now have the agent implement changes and create commits directly on your pull request's source branch. Simply comment with /q followed by your request in natural language to ask the agent to make changes.
