The changes successfully address the Terraform circular dependency by introducing a constant local.stage_name that breaks the resource dependency chain between CloudFront, API Gateway Stage, and Lambda. The addition of comprehensive CI validation (Terraform, PHP, shell, Docker) provides early feedback before deployment. All implementations are correct and ready for merge.
