Workflows in this directory are suffixed .disabled to keep CI off by
default. Rename to .yaml to enable. Reasoning:
- This is a private, single-host project.
- Spider tests must run offline; CI runners can do that, but it's not load-bearing for solo development.
- Secrets needed by
lib.cloak/lib.proxiesaren't (and shouldn't be) in GitHub Actions.
Enable ci.yaml if you start collaborating or want a green badge on the
repo.
