This adds a new metric
node_ndisc_entriesto track the number of IPv6 neighbor discovery entries on the system. This is the IPv6 equivalent ofnode_arp_entriesalready supported by node_exporterThe motivation for this is to be able to track entries and alert on saturation in Kubernetes IPv6 environments.
