Update the ksmd collector to use pre-defined metrics descriptions instead of auto-generated. This allows for improved help text taken from the kernel documentation. This also avoids memory allocations each time `NewKsmdCollector()` is called. Signed-off-by: Ben Kochie <superq@gmail.com>
