Native OpenBot chat-loop parity: ToolLine mouth/hop feed cards, ask_person judgement exit, OpenRouter silence watchdog + sticky stopped banner. Patterns only — no CopilotKit / @Ag-ui / generative UI. No release tag.
Staff shell expects relay-sent-<peer>; hop cards had switched to hop-card-<id>.
