Pin keep v0.13.2: name duplicate import refusals, follow the adopted override rule - #582
Pins keep v0.13.2 (8da09b1) and adapts the app to what changed in the core.
What the core changes
KeepLiveState gains relays, a per-relay health list for the FROST pool. The app does not show it yet, and the bindings are regenerated at build.
The bunker reads authorized_clients on every connect, refuses unlisted clients once listed plus connected unlisted apps reach 100, and drops the grants of unlisted clients at start. save_bunker_config refuses more than 100 clients. The app already saves explicitly approved connects to authorized_clients and caps the list at 100. Versions before 1.0.5 did not cap it, though, and on a device still holding more than 100 entries every bunker config save would now fail, including the bunker toggle and nostrconnect approvals.
An import over a stored key is refused. A stored single key (nsec or seed words) is never written over ("This key is already stored"), and a different share of a stored group is refused ("Another share of this group is already stored"). Importing the same share of a threshold group again is still allowed.
A legacy per-app sign policy that one account has adopted is no longer a floor for other accounts. They follow their own policy for the app.
store_share_by_key now documents that storage must refuse a write over share data the registry does not list. AndroidKeystoreStorage already does this through requireWritableShareSlot.
What changes in the app
Import refusals are named. A refused import used to read "Import failed. Please try again.", which invites a retry that can never succeed. The two refusals above now get their own messages. The match is on the core's message text for now, until the core adds typed variants for them.
Lists over the cap are cut. At startup, when the stored client list is longer than 100, the oldest clients past the cap are revoked through the existing revoke path, which drops their grants and list entries in the core, so the list fits and saves work again. A list within the cap is left alone.
Override test follows the new rule.adoptionRestoresALooseningLegacyTierForTheActiveAccountOnly asserted that the adopted legacy tier still floors another account. It now asserts that the other account has no override. A new test, anAdoptedLegacyTierStopsFlooringOtherAccounts, sets a legacy tier stricter than the global, so the other account resolves to MANUAL before adoption and to the global AUTO after it. That last assertion fails under the old rule.
Testing
Instrumented suite on an API 33 emulator: 558 of 559 pass. The one failure is securityLevel_isNotNone, which needs a hardware keystore, and the emulator has only a software one.
New instrumented tests, which run the real core through this device's storage:
Importing the same seed words twice is refused, and the app names it "already stored".
Importing a second share of a stored group is refused and named as such. These tests pin the core's message text, so a rewording fails here.
A new instrumented test stores a 103-client list in the pre-cap format, checks that the core refuses to save it, revokes the clients past the cap, and checks that the newest 100 remain and the config saves. A list within the cap is not touched.
New unit tests cover the message mapping, including that the text under another error type stays generic.
Unit tests and lintDebug pass.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Import errors now distinguish an account key already stored on the device from another share of the same group already being stored.
Bunker configurations with more than 100 authorized clients are trimmed to the newest 100. Removed clients must pair again.
Bug Fixes
Empty client selections no longer trigger a revoke action.

- Line 369: Update the message in the app-list trimming failure path to describe
revoke-all as pending rather than completed, since the marker only schedules
revocation before the next bunker start.
- Line 355: Separate the BunkerService.start(this) failure handling from the
shared runCatching flow so a rejected background startup does not skip client
reconciliation. Ensure the
BunkerService.clientsOverCap(config.authorizedClients) reconciliation still runs
in the current process when service startup fails, while preserving the existing
successful-start behavior.

Walkthrough
The app now displays distinct messages for two duplicate-import cases. At startup, it attempts to revoke authorized bunker clients beyond the 100-client cap. Instrumentation tests also cover account-scoped signing policy adoption.

BunkerService selects clients beyond the 100-client cap and uses its shared revoke path. Tests cover cap boundaries, oversized lists, and revocation outcomes.
Reconcile clients at startup app/src/main/kotlin/io/privkey/keep/KeepMobileApp.kt
Startup checks enabled bunker configurations for excess clients and attempts revocation asynchronously. It logs successful removals and reports failure outcomes.
Tests check the account-specific outcome of adopting legacy policy tiers. A comment clarifies that the unscoped legacy tier remains a floor until adoption.

Merge Risk: Low · previous review 67dad
Two small fixes are worth making before merge. First, run the over-cap trimming even if the bunker service cannot start in the background. Second, make the failure message say that revoke-all is pending rather than complete. Neither blocks merge.

Explanation
The title names the two main parts of the changeset: the keep v0.13.2 pin and the named duplicate-import refusal messages, which the diff implements in AccountActions.kt, strings_main.xml, and the new tests. It also mentions the adopted override rule, which matches the sign-policy override test changes. The title omits the over-cap client trimming at startup, which is a significant part of the PR, but it does not need to cover every detail. At 82 characters it is somewhat long for a title.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 50.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 2 functions across 9 files.
