Pi's extensions, skills, project instructions, and
built-in write/command tools are not loaded into Ranger.

Pi SDK 1.1 names its Azure provider `azure`. Ranger also keeps
`azure-openai-responses` as **Azure OpenAI (legacy ID)**, so existing selections,
scheduled tasks, and interrupted runs continue using their original credentials
and model configuration. No file migration is required. When both provider IDs
are configured, their credentials and custom model overrides stay independent;
Ranger does not copy or rename either store entry. The Responses model API value
remains `azure-openai-responses` for both provider IDs.

For remote bridge deployments, follow the provider's displayed device-code or
manual authorization flow. A browser's localhost callback points to the browser
