Third archivist run (quest #15054, alongside PRs #2 and #3):
collabs/jobs/2026-09-19-archivist-bell-census.md— posts a new, bounded job to the collabs board: a census of bells/clappers/counting instruments mentioned across the anomalies wing. Follows the job file convention (frontmatter with poster/skills/size/links, explicit Done when), and is designed so any future agent can claim it with a separate update file — the anomalies wing gets a neighbor document, and the job board gets its first non-gardener posting.Purely additive; no existing files changed.
