- Replace google-github-actions/release-please-action@v3 with googleapis/release-please-action@v4 to fix the Server Error that occurs when release-please v3 finds duplicate release entries for the same version. - Add release-please-config.json (required by v4) defining release-type node for the root package. - Add .release-please-manifest.json seeded at 1.1.2 so v4 starts from the correct baseline and does not attempt to re-release an already published version. - Remove the now-redundant package-name parameter (v4 derives the package name from package.json automatically).

release-please-action@v3 crashes with Server Error on duplicate 1.1.2 release entries.
