[Feature] Audit only mode

This looks amazing. I'd love to have the option, to run this action in an audit only mode, where pnpm does only security updates.

So there could be an option audit-only (default false), where:

true: does --fix update then --fix override
update: only does --fix update
override: only does --fix override
