Updates httpx2 from 2.12.0 to 2.13.1

Release notes

Sourced from httpx2's releases.

v2.13.1

Highlights

📤 Accurate file upload lengths

Passing a file as content= now calculates Content-Length from its remaining bytes, respecting the current file position (#1214).

🔐 Reliable proxy TLS and HTTP/2 negotiation

TLS hostname overrides now apply inside HTTP proxy tunnels without affecting the proxy's own TLS connection (#1223). HTTP/2 is advertised first when enabled, and HTTP/1.1 is omitted when disabled (#1155).

🧹 Clean WebSocket shutdown

The sync WebSocket keepalive thread now exits cleanly when a ping races with connection shutdown (#1228).

httpx2

Fixed

  • Calculate Content-Length from the remaining bytes when a file is passed as content=, respecting its current position (#1214).
  • Stop the sync WebSocket keepalive thread cleanly when a ping races with connection shutdown (#1228).

httpcore2

Fixed

  • Honor the sni_hostname extension for TLS inside HTTP proxy tunnels without applying it to the proxy's TLS connection (#1223).
  • Prefer HTTP/2 during TLS protocol negotiation when enabled, and stop advertising HTTP/1.1 when it is disabled (#1155).

Full Changelog: pydantic/httpx2@v2.13.0...v2.13.1

v2.13.0

Highlights

🔐 Reliable TLS verification controls

The CLI --no-verify flag now disables TLS certificate verification as intended, and --verify provides an explicit counterpart (pydantic/httpx2#1140, pydantic/httpx2#1186).

🧹 Safer async stream cleanup

Stopping a streamed response early no longer risks a nested async generator finalization error (pydantic/httpx2#1204).

httpx2

Changed

  • Require brotlicffi 1.2.0.2 or later for the brotli extra on non-CPython implementations in pydantic/httpx2#1179

Fixed

Updates gcsfs from 2026.8.0 to 2026.8.1

Release notes

Sourced from gcsfs's releases.

2026.8.1

What's Changed

Bug Fixes Fixes fsspec/gcsfs#1048: In release 2026.8.0, cat_file began using a default concurrency of 4 instead of 1. This caused a performance regression for small cat_file operations with unknown sizes, as an unnecessary _info() request was being triggered to determine the size for concurrent reads.

Changelog

All notable changes to omq.rs will be documented here. Format loosely follows Keep a Changelog; versioning follows Semantic Versioning.

[Unreleased]

Breaking

  • Remove opt-in PEER receive partitioning: Socket::peer_recv_lanes, PeerRecvConfig, and PeerRecvLane. Use ordinary socket receive methods; application code owns worker dispatch. Internal fanring fairness, bounded queues, and reconnect fencing remain unchanged.

Changed

  • PEER receives use fanring ready-peer selection and batched space credits, retaining identity routing, reconnect fencing, and aggregate receive budgets.
  • Upgrade compression dependencies to lz4rip 0.11.8 and zrip 0.8.10.
  • Tokio direct TCP receives reuse bounded buffers through 8 MiB without zero-filling payload memory or extending pool lifetime past connection close.
  • Tokio recv_batching bulk receives move whole per-connection windows at once, under the same message and byte budgets as before.

Added

  • Tokio byte-stream sockets can enforce hard per-connection and aggregate per-IP receive token buckets with Options::recv_rate_limit() and Options::recv_ip_rate_limit(). Offending connections are disconnected.
  • SERVER sockets can resolve a received routing id to its live PeerInfo with Socket::peer_info().

Fixed

  • Concurrent parked PEER receives pass a batch wake onward, including when a notified receive is canceled, so queued messages cannot strand a waiter.
  • A PEER replacement rejected by receive limits no longer evicts the current connection with the same identity.
  • Tokio xpub_nodrop sends waiting for fan-out lane space no longer wait forever when the lane worker exits during close.
  • Tokio data-ready signaling can no longer strand the last queued message of a burst. A producer that found the signal pending skipped its wake, and without a full fence on both sides the consumer could read a stale queue and park. DataSignal now fences in mark and begin_drain.
  • Async inproc PUSH sends remain safe when a task moves between runtime worker threads or cloned socket handles send concurrently.

Updates hatch from 1.18.0 to 1.18.1

Release notes

Sourced from hatch's releases.

Hatch v1.18.1

Added:

  • Apply context formatting to the lock-filename environment option so fields such as {env_name} and {matrix:...} are resolved when computing the lock file path.

Fixed:

  • Consolidate extras and feature resolution into a single code path, fixing regressions where environment and project extras could be dropped or resolved inconsistently, and always validate undefined features.

  • Normalize hyphens in the plugin name when building environment option environment variable names in get_env_var(), so options for hyphenated plugins resolve to the correct variable.
