plone.app.event is the calendaring framework for Plone.
It provides
- Dexterity behaviors,
- timezone support,
- RFC5545 icalendar export,
- recurrence support,
- event views
- and a lot more.
It is part of the CMS Plone and does not need additional installation steps.
