[uv] Add zodb-pgjsonb based storage support - #230

Port of #209 from 6.2.x: the entrypoint selects zodb-pgjsonb.conf when ZODB_PGJSONB_DSN is set, and zodb-pgjsonb-s3blobs.conf when ZODB_PGJSONB_S3BLOBS_ENABLED is true, with the same tests. Unlike 6.2.x, the UV images do not install Plone or storage packages, so the EXTRA_PACKAGES change is not ported: projects add zodb-pgjsonb[s3] to their own dependencies, as they do for RelStorage.

Port of #209 to the
uvbranch: zodb-pgjsonb storage, with optional blob storage in S3.What is ported:
zodb-pgjsonb.confwhenZODB_PGJSONB_DSNis set, andzodb-pgjsonb-s3blobs.confwhenZODB_PGJSONB_S3BLOBS_ENABLED=true. With S3 enabled and a required setting missing, it exits with an error that reports credentials only asset/MISSING.plone-pgjsonb/plone-pgjsonb-s3blobstests, keeping this branch's test suite in step with6.2.x.What is not ported: the
EXTRA_PACKAGESchange toDockerfile.builder. The UV images do not install Plone or storage packages; projects built on them addzodb-pgjsonb[s3]to their own dependencies, as they already do for RelStorage. That package requires Python 3.12 or later, so it is not available to projects on the Python 3.11 images. The news fragment says so.The tests are not run in CI on this branch, which has no test workflow and no image to run them against. The entrypoint and configuration files are identical to those tested on
6.2.x, apart from theimportcommand this branch already had.
