This is probably a really crappy diff at the moment as I've left in the code I used to smoketest the thing and make sure the darn thing wasn't throwing errors I couldn't see. |

If I'm going to be using this under windows then I need an updated wrapper script as per http://create.tpsitulsa.com/blog/2009/08/04/running-orbited-or-other-twisted-services-as-a-service/
This is what I've come up with. It takes ~1min to shut down, but this appears to be consistent with "Ctrl-C" shutdown time.
