feat: storage pubsub and resume

• detach streaming response passing through the storage, for following shared request
• fix resume introducing resume method and eventId and streaming back prompts in chronological order
• update ai-client to properly support resume
• update documentation and examples
  • describe resumeEventId on ai-provider and ai-client
  • describe response type on ai-provider
  • describe resume behavior: it sends the response from requested event id
  • update architecture schema
• run simulation, check ai-client, add error cases
