When tsdown bundles the SDK, import.meta.url points to the dist/ directory instead of the SDK's own directory. This causes the SDK's fallback cli.js resolution to fail with exit code 1. Fix: explicitly resolve the claude CLI path via 'which claude' and pass it as pathToClaudeCodeExecutable to the SDK query() call.
