This Project aims at the implementation of web qq protocol with C++
back end and other language extended which used swig for high level
wrapping.

This project will be used as a build-in protocol of
emesene (https://github.com/gtkqq/emesene) which was implemented with 
python and gtk or qt for UI. So the first milestone was to integrated
with emesene.
