[Discussion] Would a v0 spend-cap / audit trail policy be useful here? #4

Description

@zontak

Hi @phdargen,

I'm building Argus (https://github.com/argus-protocol/argus), an open-source observability and policy layer for onchain AI agents. v0 just shipped: AgentKit adapter wrapping EvmWalletProvider, daily spend-cap policy, SQLite event store, dashboard, Discord alerts. Reproducible 90-second demo at docs/demo.md.

Found trueCast through the Spring 2025 builder grant page. The Safe + AgentKit + x402 + autonomous-trading combo is exactly the surface Argus is designed for. Three agents on your account (trueCast, safeGPT, xoninAgent) all hit the same problem: an external policy layer the operator controls, not the agent.

Async question rather than a call: would a v0 spend cap + audit trail be useful on trueCast specifically, or is the existing AWS Bedrock guardrails layer covering this for you? Either a "yes, here's what we'd want" or "no, because X" saves the project time.

If yes, happy to send a v0 preview for your fork. The adapter is a single-line wrap of your existing wallet provider, no SDK changes.

Thanks,
Kristiyan
