Added a {% verbatim %}/{% endverbatim %} tag to Volt. Its body is emitted exactly as written, without being parsed by Volt, so {{ ... }}, {% ... %}, {# ... #} and constructs such as <?xml ... ?> or client-side templates (Handlebars, Mustache, Angular) pass through untouched.
