Separate published Console v2.4.0 from main-branch dependency, password, ZIP, service-unit and release-contract changes. Correct the release procedure: the tag builds a candidate image; only verified post-publication promotion advances latest.
Validation: replacement README contract and structural dependency-release checks passed; diff check passed. No application source or generated frontend assets changed.
