Error : null is not an object (evaluating 'RNBlePeripheral.getState')
when i try to run example code, is there anything iam missing

Did you link native dependencies? https://github.com/petrbela/react-native-peripheral#installation

Btw if you're trying to use this package in Expo it won't work unless you eject to bare workflow.
