- Adds Python 3.14 to `pyproject.toml` classifiers and the CI test matrix.
- Also backfills 3.13, which was already listed as a supported classifier but had never been added to the CI matrix.
pyproject.toml already listed 3.13 as a supported classifier, but the CI matrix had never been updated to actually test it. Add both 3.13 and 3.14 to the matrix and classifiers together.
