The logo generator shells out to rsvg-convert with fixed arguments, which Bandit flags (B404/B603/B607). It's a developer-only script, not package code, so exclude the folder rather than scattering nosec pragmas. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Re-lands #20 on
main.#20 was stacked on #4's branch (
docs/standard-readme-layout). #4 was merged, but its branch wasn't deleted, so GitHub never retargeted #20 tomain. #20 was then merged into the staledocs/standard-readme-layoutbranch, so the logo never reachedmain.This PR cherry-picks the #20 commit onto current
