Right now, the Python API in ada_bindings.cpp is a fairly simple subset of the functions available in Ada.hpp.
We should make them comparable, including:
- Adding args to the Ada constructor
- Adding planToOffset and planToTSR functions
- Adding the suite of getters and setters.
