docs(site): remove translated locales, ship English-only docs - #10

Delete the ja/ko/ru/zh-cn content trees and all i18n wiring: the Starlight locales config, sidebar translations, header language switcher, landing-page copy helper, benchmark strings, and the Korean font / CSS hooks. The docs site now builds English-only.
