How long should it take to see first output?

I use the Claude Opus model, pasted in a couple of pictures to set the color theme and the following promt:

Create a presentation on azure networking, I want to explain networking as a whole by starting with a home network.
One network, one subnet and everything in there. Then expand on networking in the cloud and explaining how to
work with different subnets. Then explain different network topologies and dive deeper in the Hub & Spoke network
topology. Explain service connections and private endpoints, the means of private DNS zones and the Azure DNS
Private resolver.

Is says 'Processing', but apart from that I don't get any feedback. Even after wayting several minutes (5 to 10), it still says Processing and nothing updates. Is that normal? Maybe update the Getting Started to state what users should expect ;)

Still waiting, very curious about the output.

Grab the latest build and give it a go. Has more feedback in it along with some extra tools for PowerPoint.

Just took the very latest and re-installed (which worked fine, but still ran in to #1). Pasted a couple of images and came with a fancy prompt. This keeps on working for 30 minutes without any output.

I had the same issue - running npx @github/copilot and logging in to GH interactively in browser before starting the server (with npm run start:tray) fixed it and I can see the outputs now. I would suggest adding this to the README @patniko
