feat: align extension with patchloom CLI 0.31.0 - #234

Recommend CLI 0.31.0 (was 0.28.0). Document YAML alias-to-merge, parent-path invalid_input, numeric selectors, search -L, and Begin Patch / SEARCH/REPLACE apply. Add Search files without match Quick Action. Verified against live patchloom 0.31.0: 58 MCP tools, 11-tool core pack, no arg renames on the surfaces the extension uses.
