Description:
The workflow instruction now says: if the developing-with-holoviz skill is installed, call it before writing hvPlot/ HoloViews /Panel code. A general chart/design skill still doesn't count as calling it.
Dropped the web-fetch fallback for when the skill isn't installed. I tested it in Claude Desktop and it never worked, the AI never fetched the URL.
