docs-webui: going out of maintenance #5146

owncloud/docs-webui is being archived and will no longer be maintained. Please update the documentation to remove or deprecate its pages and references.

• README archive notice: docs: mark repository as archived and unmaintained docs-webui#233
• Config-side descope: owncloud/admin#241

Like the other client-docs archivals, this is a live Antora content source of this repo:

Antora can still fetch from an archived repo, so the aggregated build will not break — but the Web UI content is now frozen.

Unaddressed content work closed at archival

Recorded so the asks aren't lost — several are concrete, still-valid documentation gaps:

Also closed: PR #214 (dj4oC, docs(ospo): community health rollout v2) — the same OSPO health-file rollout that was closed as docs-ui#1009. If that rollout is still wanted org-wide, it needs re-targeting at the surviving repos.

Suggested follow-ups:

1. Decide whether the Web UI component stays published at doc.owncloud.com from frozen content, or is removed from site.yml and redirected. If removed, add redirects for the indexed /webui/ URLs.
2. Note the screenshot/role-rename issues (Update the GitHub New Issue Template #131, install the Collaborative tag management app #130, Outdated UI Screenshot and wrong description Managing Apps #127, The next occ (app) command update #126) describe content that is now knowingly stale and unfixable at source — worth a deprecation banner if the component stays published.
