Adds a deprecation notice to the README and
AGENTS.md: the converter moved to owncloud/docs.owncloud.com as theconfig-sample-to-adocAntora extension, and the authoring rules for core's sample files moved tocontent/server/AGENTS.mdthere.This supersedes #32 (Laminas/Twig upgrade): with the converter embedded in the docs repo, there is no reason to keep this PHP tool alive.
Merge order
Merge after owncloud/docs.owncloud.com#160. The notice links to
content/server/AGENTS.mdon the docs repo'smain, which only exists once that PR is merged, and docs'config-docs-in-synccheck stops using this repo in the same PR.After merging
The repository can be archived, tracked in an owncloud/admin issue. #32 can be closed as obsolete at that point.
